I implemented a two-tier automation system on Make.com that synchronizes data management, email marketing, and CRM into one automated cycle.

🛠️ How it works

1. Set up automation for personalized email series

2. Intent-Based CRM (Lead Scoring): The Make workflow monitors key engagement metrics in Klaviyo. As soon as a lead demonstrates high-intent activity (e.g., clicking a specific case study or pricing page), the system instantly creates a Deal in Pipedrive, enriched with the context of their interaction.
